9. Current Status:
The overall disenrollment percentages for minority
and white clients closely approximates the overall racial
mix revealed by the descriptive data.
However, all (100% or 5 of 5) the minority clients were disenrolled for:
a. “Not responding to treatment”
b. “Dropped out”
c. “Request to end services”
Only 40% (10 of 25) of the white clients were disenrolled for these reasons.

Caregiver requests to end services
Steps Taken:
Administration began requiring a more uniform
Accounting of reasons for disenrollment.
Clients disenrolled because of residential placement
have been reactivated and staff are actively
planning for the transition home.
