HERE IS A BASIC SUMMARY OF A FRENCH SCHOOL.
READ THROUGH AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS 1 -12 THERE ARE 12 WORDS/PHRASES HIGHLIGHTED AND UNDERLINED IN BLUE. FROM THESE, FIND THE FRENCH FOR THE FOLLOWING PHRASES… 5 OR 6 CORRECT SHOWS D GRADE UNDERSTANDING THE REMAINING 6 UNDERLINED WORDS/PHRASES ARE DEFINED IN FRENCH BELOW. Copy each question on the left and write out an answer in French about Cornwallis from the blue box. Adapt the underlined words and phrases where necessary.

Writing USING THE TEXT FROM THE PREVIOUS SLIDE AS A TEMPLATE, WRITE A DESCRIPTION OF CORNWALLIS ACADEMY IN FRENCH. REFER BACK TO THE “SUCCESS CRITERIA” TO SEE WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR DIFFERENT LEVEL GRADES THIS TYPE OF PARAGRAPH IS A “D” GRADE AS IT HAS BASIC SENTENCES WITH LINKING WORDS. THIS TYPE OF PARAGRAPH IS AN “E” GRADE AS IT IS A SIMPLE LIST THIS TYPE OF PARAGRAPH IS A “C” GRADE AS IT HAS ANOTHER TENSE AND MORE COMPLEX STRUCTURES.
