Let the defense lawyer state his position and also question his client towards that.
Let the other lawyer open with his or her statement, confirm his or her position and then cross-question the victim to confirm the stance.
Finally let both the lawyers close with closing statements for the jury team to decide.

A young woman discovers Bill Gates' wallet lying on the street. It contains $1000. She decides to keep it and use the money for something good.

Your boss wants to promote you. She comes into your office and starts talking badly about a co-worker. The co-worker has been having some personal problems (death in the family, sickness, etc.), and has not been able to cope with the workload. Your boss wants you to fire your co-worker since you are being promoted to being a director. You do it because that's just how things go in the world of work.

5. Values Court: Case# 3 LEAP RETREAT 2015
You are driving to an important interview that will make or break your career. You see a friend on a deserted road in an accident. Your friend is injured and bleeding but appears to be OK. You drive on since you do not want to be late to the interview and it is important that you get the job.
