If you haven’t created your RPR account yet, here’s how easy it is. First, go to the RPR home page…

This is the homepage of RPR. The first time you come to this page, you will want to click on “Create New Account”. Even if your MLS has Single Sign On enabled, you will need to first come here to create your account. Once created, you can use Single Sign On (SSO) to login to RPR going forward.

3. Step 1: Enter your name & NRDS#
The first step is to enter your last name and your NRDS ID number. If you don’t know your NRDS off the top of your head, you can check the mailing label or your monthly REALTOR magazine, your membership card, or just click the “look it up” link right on the screen.

4. “Look it up” takes you to realtor.org to find your NRDS#
You will be taken directly to REALTOR.org, where you can look up your NRDS number.

5. Once you have your NRDS ID, enter it along with your last name and click the “submit” button – you’ve just completed step 1.

6. Step 2: Enter your MLS information
Now we’ll connect you to your MLS. First, select your state from the drop-down list to the left. Then, move to the next drop-down and select the MLS, and click Next Step.

7. Is your MLS an RPR® Partner?
Add your MLS ID number here. If you belong to another MLS, use the “add another MLS” link to add it, so that you’re sure to see all of that MLSs data in RPR – otherwise you might only see the public records, neighborhood and school information in that area. Whichever MLS appears at the top is the one that your RPR Home Page and Reports will have as the branding (unless your broker has signed up for the Broker Tool Sets, in which case your company logo will appear on the RPR home page and across the top of the reports that you create)
Depending upon the MLS, it will be labeled Green, Red or Yellow. Green means your MLS is an RPR partner; Red means your MLS is not a partner and Yellow means RPR is setting up your MLS data to be in the RPR.

8. Step 3: Create your password
Step 3 is to select your Login and Password. Your login will be an address. It can be any address you’d like. Create a password and a security question and answer, which will help you if you forget your password.

9. Step 4: Review contact information
Your contact information will fill in from your NRDS record. You can make changes right here, or wait til you complete the account set-up and make changes from your RPR Profile. Just remember, these changes are ONLY in RPR and don’t feed back to your MLS or NRDS files.

10. Step 5: Verify Broker and Office info
In the last step, you want to check over your broker and office information. You can sign up for RPR updates – optional, but recommended. And be sure to click the checkbox agreeing to RPR’s terms of use and privacy policies, then click “finish” and you’re done!

Now let’s get you started! On your computer or tablet, simply visit or the link in your MLS.
Once you have your RPR account created, you can start using the RPR Mobile App immediately – just download it from the App Store or Google Play
