What is a storyboard? It is a standalone representation of your project to date. Most of the time, your storyboard will be viewed without your being there – so anything that needs additional explanation should be added to the slides (e.g. sometimes an interesting finding in data might require a sentence or two to explain; also watch for acronyms or technical language that may not be familiar to all) The template we’ve given you will help you to structure your storyboard but you need to supply the narrative. What should that narrative consist of? In essence it’s: problem => aim => root causes => changes tested => results => next steps. You will add to and revise it as your project progresses. No matter where you are up to in your project, there will be lessons learned, so always include these. We’ve left the template very plain so that you can adapt it and provide your own flavour to it. Add photos, logos, colour… whatever you want. Best of luck! (please delete this slide from your storyboard)
