NOP Normal Operating Plan / procedures are about the day to day operation of the lifeguard team. EXERCISE In groups discuss what you think should be included in such a plan, write items for inclusion on post-its and stick them on to the poster sheet You have 10 minutes for this task.

E.A.P Emergency Action Plan

E.A.P What is an emergency?
An unexpected event which may result in a minor or major injury or other loss. The E.A.P details how the lifeguard team will deal with any foreseeable emergency.

E.A.P Exercise In groups discuss what you think should be included in such a plan, write items for inclusion on post-its and stick them on to the poster sheet You have 10 minutes for this task.
