Conduct Bi-Monthly Home Buyer’s or Investors Seminars and actively send your prospects to other PCR seminars. Share 10 SavvyCards or business cards daily. Use your SavvyCard to get leads. Go 4 levels deep. BE VISIBLE -Do not be a hidden Realtor. Set up your Social Media Accounts – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Goggle+, LinkedIn. Invite all your friends and family to like your page. Post Daily on your networks. Use tools like Hoot Suite to schedule posts. Try to post different items to the different networks. Identify your networked friends -tag and ask them for their help to expand your reach. Effectively market your website to generate leads. Use landing pages to get leads on Facebook and other Social Media. Post listings, interesting properties for sale. If you do not have a listing, ask permission of PCR Agents to highlight their listing on your Social Media. Use AnnieMacWorx to add MLS search to your Facebook and to add listing tabs to your Facebook Page Follow your friends on Social Media. Make sure to congratulate them, wish Happy Birthday etc. from your Business Page. 75% of your transactions will come from this group. They should be communicated with twice monthly - , text, calls, visits. They should know that you are in Real Estate and that you want to add value to their family, friends, and acquaintances. Upload your contacts to MoreSolds.com and put them in the right Campaign- Buyer, Seller, Investor. Select a Charity to support and integrate it in your Social Media Strategy.
