In reference to modesty, this relates to ‘intimate parts’ of the body which must be covered by clothing. Exposing these parts is sin. ‘awrah is not just for women. It also applies to men. Interpret the texts from the Quran and Hadiths. State who they are for. Highlight text that might pose a problem for a Muslim in the West today.
