Problem AirBnB stays create new experiences and new hassles for hosts and guests True security does not exist with existing IoT-enabled locking systems Convenience and flexibility are important features for customers using advanced locking technologies Easy control and management of property is difficult to achieve without offline owner engagement

Introducing Blockable
Blockable is a blockchain-enabled, secure, smart lock management service. We are the ADT of IoT-enabled deadbolt devices enabling homeowners to easily provide and manage access to their homes when and wherever they need Blockable guarantees that access permissions are granted automatically and dynamically using Ethereum contracts in a secure and efficient manner. This means that guests can only enter in the specific time windows set and managed by hosts (customers). Blockable partners with industry-leading IoT-enabled smart lock manufactures and application partners like AirBnB to provide a seamless experience to customers. Security and convenience are our top of mind so it doesn’t have to be yours! We take away the hassles associated with out- of-town guests that require home access at very narrow time windows. Blockable offers: Easy access token set up and management Single API for many applications Customer management iPhone app Secure Bluetooth or NFC lock access Host monitoring and guest notifications Blockable is a smart lock security and management service that makes administering a “spare key” simple, easy, and controllable
