Terdapat tiga bentuk sistem pendidikan
Berpusat – Malaysia Bemencar – Canada, USA, Germany Gabungan berpusat dan bemencar – sekolah ditadbir urus dan di biayai secara bersama oleh kerajaan pusat, wilayah dan daerah.
