Missing our fundraising plan overall for the current fiscal year

19. Development: What are we doing about it?
Doubling down on a “proven winner” next fiscal year with increasing direct mail by 33%
Better leveraging our network of resources and connections in the community to bolster foundation funding
Adding a 2nd grant-writer position to better reach presently untapped government sources
Better major donor outreach with impactful donor events such as the Gainey Walk and Sassi event.
