Project Applicant Profile
The applicant profile must be updated and completed before starting the application process. . . . “How do I update my profile? Where is it?”

MUST be in ‘edit’ mode to make any changes. Let’s say nothing needs to be changed; all information is correct. You still must trigger a change in the system. So open one of the page/screen, make a change, and save it. Then go back and correct it. Yes, this is tedious.

Notice that what previously the ‘EDIT’ button is now the ‘COMPLETE’ button. This is one way to know that you’re in edit mode. Now you can click on each page, to confirm the information and make changes as needed.

Accessing the Applicant Profile – via esnaps
Once everything is up-to-date, and all attachments are completed, hit the ‘COMPLETE’ button to confirm completion. This allows you to move to the next step, accessing your Project Application.

After you click the ‘add’ button, you’ll be taken to this screen From the drop-down menu, select the project that is being renewed. esnaps will then import last year’s information into your 2017 application. This will save you lots of time!
