Formatting guidelines
Please do not exceed the textbox boundaries of the template (see next slide) Shorten text or use more slides if really necessary Please refrain from using other fonts or font colors than indicated in this template Please use pictures only in the places indicated in these template slides. Use the grid guidelines to position the pictures correctly Use only pictures of appropriate resolution ( DPI) Compress larger pictures in order keep the presentation size small Please refrain from using long sentences or much text. Formatting guidelines
Please do not use more than 6 slides in total (plus slides with full page images) and only max. 7 bullet points per page (max. 5 is recommended) Do not use any other fonts than: Arial 18pt dark green for the text and Arial 32pt black for Headlines Try to make it look as neat as you can Check everything (especially titles and headline) twice to avoid errors This is how a second level bullet point should look like. This way you should have the least formatting issues.
