WP 2: Support Instruments for RES-H
Aims of the Work Package: Elaboration of comprehensive overview of supporting instruments for RES-H in EU Review of market potential for RES-H in EU Facilitation of development of support instruments for RES-H and exchange of EU wide best-practices Integration of new EU Member States and Candidate Countries in the process of policy development related to support schemes for RES-H

WP 3: Assessment of Administrative Structures and Procedures
Aims of the Work Package: Assessment of the existing support schemes for RES-E and RES-H according to the administrative capacities and barriers Identification of specific administrative barriers in the partner countries and common obstacles as basis for the upcoming activities

WP 4: Strengthening Administrative Capacities
Aims of the Work Package: Exchange of experience on optimisation of administrative procedures related to support schemes for RES Development of a checklist for administrative procedures for the permitting and funding of RES projects Elaboration of recommendations for a more efficient implementation of support schemes Briefing of policy makers in the partner countries on the findings of the SUPPORT_ERS project

WP 5: Strengthening Support for RES on the regional level
Aims of the Work Package: Strengthening of capacities of regional administrations and stakeholders to implement RES projects Development of training modules for RES Training of regional administrations and stakeholders in selected pilot regions Providing external expertise and experience from partner regions Establishment of partnerships and exchange of experience between regions and communes in the partner countries
