1 An Approved Servant Of The Lord Jesus!

2 Introduction What  does it  mean  to be called  “An Approved Servant of the Lord?” Christians are  called “bond-servants” in the  New Testament.  A  bond  servant  is one  who belongs to another; a bond- slave, without any ownership rights of their own.

4 Introduction The Greek  word  “Doulos”  is used – namely, of believers who willingly live under Christ’s authority as His devoted followers.

5 Desiring To be a Servant
We must put the Master’s will and teachings into practice in our own lives! We must strive to be as close to the Lord as we can.

8 I. The Right Foundation Having the right foundation spiritually will determine your eternal destiny. Our lives must be built on a trust in the saving work of the Lord Jesus!

10 II. Walking In The truth Ephesians 5:2 2 And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
