MAY 03, 2018 OBJECTIVE – Students will extrapolate data from plastic bag collections. WARM-UP – In your lab notebook, write a 3 sentence reaction to the video. What would you tell someone who didn’t see the video? (With your group, write a 1 sentence take home message that you could share with the world.) HOMEWORK – Introduction/Research with annotated bibliography – 5/4. Bring in plastic bag collection from 1 week TOMORROW – No bags=No service learning credit. Name all the plastic items you have encountered today. Discuss with your group. What is the most common item mentioned? Most uncommon item? Examine what you are wearing or have on your body. Name all the plastic items.
