2. ProCal-Track :: Processing Instruments
Using the instrument status, a list can be
displayed to allow centralised paperwork
processing.
Paperwork processing can be handled by
office staff, leaving the engineer to
concentrate on performing calibration work
The Job completion Form details calibration, service/repair
& parts costs and is used to ‘hand over’ to accounts for invoicing.

3. ProCal-Track :: Despatching Instruments
The Despatch screen displays all
instruments available for despatch
based on status (N – In Despatch)
Instruments can be despatched individually
or together (ie. For the same customer) – a
check is made to ensure customer name is the same.

4. ProCal-Track :: Despatching Instruments (Cont’d)
On selection of an instrument, any accessories selection when
booking in will be displayed (barcode scanning can be enforced)
Final despatch information is displayed, including address,
comments and carrier.
Produces Despatch Note and Address Label as required
