Organization management Payroll SLCM Self-services Quality management Plant maintenance Procurement & logistics Asset management In order to accomplish its objective of organizational transformation, Adhari is focusing on: Process Re-engineering Sharing of Common Data Implementation of Best Practices and Standards Adhari replaced a legacy system, a custom-built software application used to manage procurement, accounting, payroll, logistics, clock-in/clock-out, admission and registration, grading and graduation. Not to mention countless standalone spreadsheets and paper-based administrative processes across the university.

Greater focus on data analysis; A single source of Data; Improves monitoring of key performance indicators Supports evidence based decision making; Supports key activities Ensures better adherence to data definition for internal and external audits (semantic); The University has heavily invested in different ERP modules. Among them, SAP Business Objects is the strategic software to generate management information from the Business Warehouse. Using SAP Business Objects will significantly improve extraction and merging of data. There is a clear need for the Senior Management to improve its management information capacity and capability. To support these objectives, a business intelligence platform is a vital component upon which the University depends on. The AGU business intelligence platform is a reporting and data visualization platform which ensures that the President Office and all key decision makers across the University can search, view and analyze a variety of metrics, reports, and key performance indicators enabling them to undertake their roles effectively. Automated reporting across functional areas within the organization frees up time for higher value-added activities that would have been otherwise spent on paper-based clerical tasks. - Reducing time focused on data collection activities and allowing greater focus on data analysis; - - Improving monitoring of key performance indicators as it reflects from the University Strategic Plan to effectively measure gaps against key AGU’s objectives; - Providing real time information to senior management to support evidence based decision making; - Providing managers with relevant information to support key activities in areas such as student, financial and budget monitoring); - Sharing a single source of Data also Provides relevant and consistent data which will ensure more adherence to data definition for internal and external audits;
