2. Purpose: Inform members of Licenses and Certification requirements related to their jobs and to increase civilian employability. Each branch of the military has a COOL website. There, TSMs can: - Get background information about civilian licensure and certification. - Identify licenses and certifications relevant to your military rating. - Learn how to fill gaps between military training and experience and civilian credentialing requirements - Learn about resources available to help gain civilian job credentials.
