Recruitment Efforts: Major Projects Projects/Prospects PhoenixMart
Lucid Motors Attesa Motorsports Dreamport Villages Projects/Prospects 2,000,000 s/f 350 acres 1,500 new jobs $250 Million in Capital Investment We actively pursue as many of the leads that our partners provide to us. This past year we submitted proposals for over 11 projects that represented (Refer to Slide). These leads were provided by the ACA, GPEC, and we even received one from the Sun Corridor Inc. In addition, we still continue to see a few individuals/companies that call us directly seeking additional information about the community. For example: Firehouse Subs At this time we are still in contention for a couple of these projects any of which would represent a significant benefit to not only Casa Grande, but to the region as well.

Commercial/Industrial New: 10 Commercial/Industrial Renovations: 47 Active Communities: Mission Royal –Meritage & DR Horton Mission Valley – DR Horton Desert Sky – Brown Homes McCartney Center - Brown Homes Villago – K Hovnanian Homes Cottonwood Ranch – Scott Homes & DR Horton Permits for Single Family Residential is picking up averaging 15 per month Currently we are seeing new homes being built in (6) different communities by (5) different builders: Mission 200 homes Mission Valley: @ Desert 40 homes McCartney Center: 90 homes Villago: 60 homes Cottonwood homes

Workforce Initiatives
Achieve Pinal Career Pathways Summer Career Camps Arizona at Work in Pinal County Workforce Board City has supported the Achieve Pinal effort – goal to see 60% of our students go on to post secondary education Career Pathways – effort being led by a committee of the Pinal Workforce Board that is made up of individuals from Work, CAC, School District Purpose is to educate youth and their parents about the career opportunities that are available right here in Pinal County and provide them with an easy to understand and follow pathway for them to follow. Committee has been developing pathways for manufacturing, logistics, Information Technology, Health Care, Mining and Retail. This past summer was another success for the career camps with over _______________ youth participating in the ______ camps (including, manufacturing, ________________, _________________, and this year an advanced technology camp was offered.)
