A class/small group visit to the Advent prayer trail each week.
Each week during Advent, we will have a special whole school Collective Worship led by Mrs Cannavan/Mrs Bold.
During this week, please visit the ‘peace’ Advent prayer trail.
Please spend a few moments there thinking about what you read, looking carefully at what you see and taking
time to complete the activity. (See icon below)

11. Daily Activities – Advent Week 2
Think about the Gospel Reading for the Second Sunday of Advent. Mark Chapter 1: Read the Gospel and the reflection, meditation and reflection provided to each class. (KS2 only)

12. Advent Go Forth Prayer
Oh God as we rejoice, let us remember your promise. Christ, our light and hope will come. We think about the stable in Bethlehem, filled with God’s creatures, waiting for the coming of our Lord, Jesus Christ. We think about our advent wreath and our candle, bringing new life and renewed light. May the blessings of Christ come upon us, brightening our way and guiding us by his truth. May Christ our Saviour bring light into the darkness of our world and to each of us, as we wait for His coming. We ask this through Christ our Lord. AMEN
