2. Why?
According the Constitution of Charles University, all applicants have to pay for application form.

4. How? 1) payment by credit card 2) WU Student Payment Solutions service
(To box Student ID please put ID of your Application form)
Please don’t forget that it is not possible to pay in some other currency than CZK
By these two methods you will be ensured that the amount will be fully paid and the bank charges won’t be recovered from you by your bank.
Fee must be paid latest 7 days before the actual date of entrance exam, if not you won't be allowed to attend the entrance exam.
