2. So that’s my Story, now the Arbonne Story.
We are a botanically based beauty, health and wellness company that is almost 4 Decades old.
We were founded in 1975 in the US, became Global in 2006 with the launch into Canada, in 2007 opened for business in UK and Australia, 2014 Poland, and 2016 Tawaiin and New Zealand. IN 2018 Arbonne plans to Launch into Germany. This makes me so excited bc we are such a ground floor business but with 4 decades of solid roots, which is so important.
We have incredible compensation plan(which I will share with you shortly, and an unreal lineup of our mothership in Irvine California with years of experience when it comes to business.
Our CEO has been with many fortune 500 companies and our product leadership comes from years leaders in the industry such as Aveda and Neutrogena.
Arbonne was founded in Switzerland and named after a town, and the meaning is Beautiful Tree

3. What’s the Industry Story?
Well our founder believed that you should put the products in the hands of people that are using and loving them, and let them Share these products. By doing this, as opposed to paying some celebrity that says they are using our products millions to endorse, then to have it sit on the shelves with no explanation of what the product is, how it works ect.
In doing this, we take out all the middle men in Traditional Retail, save millions of dollars and put that money into 3 places:

BRILLAINT if you ask me!

4. So on the note of Compensation, I want to share that with you right away so you can understand the biggest misconception of our Industry, and that is, that here is no income, it’s not a real career and it’s for those that are bored with nothing to do with their time
We actually can earn income 4 ways.
Commisions on Product Sales
Overrides- I refer to this as my Advertising Cheque
At 2 of the 4 levels in Arbonne you can earn a Cash bonus for any white mercedes Benz you choose.
Cash Bonsues at EVERY LEVEL in the company. No waiting till Christmas till you boss decides you are worth a bonus! You earn it, if you decide. Pretty cool.

5. So what does having this little Lipstick and Lotion business look like.
Dependent on level and effort, it varies.
DM- $325 extra a month
AM- $1500 a month- That’s a mortage payment, rent money, shopping money!
RVP- This is the level you able to drive the Benz $6400 monthly ( but if you look at the avg time to get there 2.5 years?) Where you are working now, if you stay for 2.5 years do you think they will give you cash to drive a white Mercedes Benz?
NVP- This is the Top Level- $19,000 monthly. In 4 YEARS. WOW.
I remember learning of these income averages and knowing that the Area Manager income would be the difference for me and my family. An extra $1500/month would be life changing for us, and it was!
