UPON SCANNING : Sort and verify the trip is complete before scanning
Count the number of pages before scanning
Compare with the scanned document
SENDING TIPS :
Try to send the trip shortly after scanning it
Avoid storing the data away too soon
Don’t wait till you have too many trips to handle
