Young people spend too much money on clothes and are too often influenced by brands and designer labels.’ Write an article to be included in an online magazine, giving your views on this topic. Young people spend way to much money on clothes because their friends will judge them if they don’t look good. The designer brands and labels no this which is why they make young people worry about how they look. It is quite a big problem because young people can waste a lot of money buying these clothes. Young people might also start to hate themselves and develop health problems because of how they look. I think that young people are too influenced by designers and brands and it needs to stop.

Fear of being the metaphorical and literal elephant in the room. Fear of whispers in the corridor. Fear of looking different. Sadly fear sells; young people will always care about their appearance, and designers know this. Designers love this. But are they to blame? No one is forcing us to part with our hard earned cash (Not that it is usually that hard earned). So what is actually to blame. Let’s find out.
