Encourage EC members to have concise and constructive discussion Encourage providing accurate and timely information Read reports thoroughly and think of ways to challenge VPMD officers Respond to questions Over programming Getting bogged down in whether programs are completed Simply skimming reports Watch out for chapters that provide the same responses every month
