This is not smart in a country that is fighting childhood obesity Exercise is not expensive and any activities can be considered exercise School makes PE fun VIDEO

THE BRAIN Exercising increases Serotonin to the brain This is known as “the happy hormone” It helps the brain think more clearly

MUSCLES Exercise strengthens all of your muscles Including your heart The heart is a muscle, so by exercising the heart is strengthens This can have lasting effects on a person living a healthy life

The best reason though, is that it is fun Kids need to learn the fun of exercise while they are young! Its Fun
