2 Concept Music video name: Bonkers Genre: hip-hop Living free
The concept is pretty simple. Our music genre is hip-hop and our video genre is abstract/surreal. The video will include crazy hype and be an ideal watch for those who like to party. As the famous pagan quote goes “Do what thou wilt”. This is the main ideal promoted in the video.

3 Aims To create a music video to professional standards
To get an Oscar nomination Our primary aim will, if successful, lead to the secondary aim. We hope to make a video to professional standards to dictate our capabilities and ability to work under deadlines. If we excel in making our video professional then we can look forward to a high possibility of getting an oscar.

4 Target Audience 21-25 year olds male and female
Read gossip, go clubbing, live life Reside in the city The target audience of Bonkers is primarily for year olds Their psychographics and lifestyle are associated to people who read gossip, go clubbing and live life to the full They typically reside in central parts of English speaking cities for example Manchester, London, New York, etc. this is so that people can understand what is being said.

5 Style of Video Maslah is dancing and using bandwagon appeal
Hyo is doing flips Hyo, Lotfi and Victor are dancing The narrative involves Maslah going bonkers and dancing while everyone does their own dancing (listening to his music). In some cuts all the dancers are seen in one group with an ideology of bandwagon appeal (dancers are following Maslah’s lead). To make the video more diverse and interesting with more content Hyo does some flips in the video

6 Content/Synopsis Maslah, Hyo, Victor and Lotfi
Dancing, stunts…basically, going Bonkers. Day/Night time Clubs, parks Giving the image of “cool” and “hip” In the video you will see all the actors: Hyo, Lotfi, Maslah, and Victor. The will be lots of use of physical activity. Hyo will be doing stunts and everyone else (including Hyo will be dancing) We will have scenes both at day and night-time, so to include variety. Locations will include clubs (done using green screen special effects), parks and even shopping centres. The ultimate idea of this is to give the video a cool and hip image with a twist of unconventionality and humour.

7 Characters/Actors Maslah Baptiste as Dizzee Rascal (dancer, rapper)
Victor (dancer) Hyo (stunts, dancing) Lotfi (dancer) Maslah will be performing as Dizzee Rascal. Victor will be doing the most dancing after Maslah dancing. Hyo will be doing dancing and stunts. Lotfi will be doing some dancing.

8 Possible locations Video is mainly about effects
Locations added to make more interesting Paddington recreation ground: a big field: look! Our video is mainly about visual effects with green screen and editing however additional locations are uses to give more meaning to our video and make it more diverse. The first location on the list is Paddington Recreation Ground. This park is both local and full of opportunity for our video.

9 Locations Where? Whiteley’s What? Merry go round Why? Humour
The Whiteley’s Thomas the tank engine merry go round will be added because it is unexpected and something most of the audience can relate to and laugh about.

10 Locations Where? Maslah’s bedroom
What? Maslah waking up and going back to dream Why? To fit in with the song narrative Maslah’s bedroom is an iconic location in the music video since in the chorus there are lyrics such as “I wake just to go back to sleep”. This links to the narrative and makes the video more “rich” in content.

11 Locations Green screen: most important for VFX
Can fill in with our imagination The green screen room is arguably the most important yet easiest location for us to have access to. It is located in the Paddington Academy Media Suite. This also gives us the chance to put in more imagination into the piece.

12 Channel coverage E4 MTV VIVA
The E4 show covers entertainment and also was mentioned as a channel someone goes on in the primary research for the interview. The entertainment will gather lots of our target audience in to the channel which will be perfect for advertising on. MTV is an extremely well renowned show that covers a majority of the popular music and music videos out there. Up your viva is the last channel we intend to cover. Whilst it lacks the popularity of E4 and MTV it is also well known and a good route for us to promote the video. VIVA

Promotion is one of the most fundamental parts to getting the video known and popular. YouTube has been running 5 years yet is the most popular free video streaming website out there. Out of the websites similar this is the most popular and notable one. Facebook runs up as the most popular social media site. This is also where we can expect loads of our target audience to share the music video link. Twitter is also an important promotion tool available to us. If people share our video using twitter their followers will be able to have a quick access link to the video making our video more accessible. All the promotion tools have one major advantage in common. They are all free. This means we can use these services at no cost. Twitter
