Good afternoon everyone, my name is Ruben Prieto and I’m here today to talk about a new exciting system called “Where’s My Ride” I’ll start with providing a brief description of the system and going into a recorded demonstration followed by an implementation timeline.

2. What Is It?
Easy to use system to check on your ride 15 minutes before scheduled time
View the location of a vehicle on a map along with an estimate time of arrival
No need to call and wait on hold
Can use with a smartphone, computer, tablet, or a flip-phone (texting)

3. How to Register for WMR
Access website or with the WMR mobile phone App
Create an account by entering 4 pieces of information regarding your eligibility
card.

4. How to Use with a Smartphone
Download App from the Playstore or IOS market
Install the App
Register
Check ETA 15 min before scheduled time
Rate ride after drop off (optional)

6. Phased Implementation Plan
Full Implementation Phase 1 starts Dec 25th
Eastern and West Central Regions
Full Implementation Phase 2 starts January 29th
Southern and Northern Regions
AV and SCTA coming in 2018
