eAgentC Website: Define Your Website’s Purpose
This video will walk you through setting up the key components of your eAgentC website.

2. eAgentC Website
Access your eAgentC website by navigating to then expanding the myMarketing menu, then (Click) choosing Manage eAgentC Website.

3. eAgentC Website
(Click) Navigate to section 1.2 of the Agent Website Administration tool to begin editing your contact information.

4. eAgentC Website
Here you can choose the Populate from White Pages option, automatically download all available information from the KW White Pages and then enter any remaining information.
(Click) After filling out all of the fields relevant to your business, click the Save button.

5. eAgentC Website
Now navigate to section 2.4 on your lefthand navigation menu. (Click)

6. eAgentC Website
This section contains all of your website’s general information. There are several critical fields on this page that need to be filled out in order for your website to look and feel like YOUR website.
Begin with the “Website Title”. This will show on the header of the website as your title. (Click)
The “Tagline” shows directly under the “Website Title”. (Click)
This is your website’s “subdomain name” or “website address” and should be personalized to reflect your brand. The open field next to YourKWagent.com can be changed to any name you choose as long as it is available. (Click)
And while your “Website Status” should say Active, it doesn’t hurt to double-check. If for some reason it says Disabled, you can simply click “Active” to ensure that your site is up and viewable for the public.(Click)
The “Page Title” shows on the browser tab. (Click)

Choose your (Click) Website Country (Click), Licensed in (Click), Broker Name (if required)

Don’t forget to save!

9. eAgentC Website
Click 4.1 Add IDX Search within the website admin tool.
Step 4.1 allows you to request and add an IDX search powered by WolfNet to your eAgentC website, your Mobile Search App, and your own blog. If you wish, you can even add this to a third-party website!

If you see this message, please contact your MCA and provide them with your Agent MLS ID information so that they can add it to our systems. Once completed, you’ll be able to move forward with the sign-up process.

11. eAgentC Website Select your MLS, check the “Yes” box
Click the “Sign Up” button
Choose your MLS from the drop down menu then click the Yes! radio button. (Click)
Now click the Sign Up button (Click)

12. eAgentC Website SUCCESS!
Wolfnet will be creating your IDX search solution.
In many cases, your MLS will require that an IDX agreement form be signed and submitted to them before allowing WolfNet to release the IDX search solution to you. Please check with your Market Center Administrator for any additional forms required by your local MLS. Please note that approval from the MLS is the most common reason for delays in the IDX sign-up process. If you do encounter delays, you may want to contact your MLS for an update.
Once this is ready and after your MLS has sent approval to Wolfnet, you’ll receive a welcome from WolfNet. The welcome contains the installation instructions if you’re anxious to get your IDX up and running, but it’ll automatically be added to your site 24 hours after approval regardless.

13. eAgentC Website Add messages to all of your auto responders
It’s very important to configure the autoresponders for the contact forms on all your webpages. This will ensure the prospect that you’re, in fact, a real person and you’ll be in touch in short order.
(Click) To begin, select 5.2 Manage Your Auto Responders from the left-hand navigation menu.
(Click) Choose a form from the drop-down menu. (Click)

14. eAgentC Website This will send an automatic email
Personalize your message here
Here, you’ll want to enter a message for prospects that fill out a form on your website. (Click)
The Form Auto Responder is an sent to the prospect who submitted a contact form. (Click)
The Form Response is a message that will appear on the screen when someone submits a contact form on one of your webpages.
Remember to complete each of the forms within the drop-down menu!
