Review Transcript Check for accuracy:
Make sure that all courses you have taken are listed Repeated courses should have the word “repeated” next to them with zero credits in the credit column. If repeated courses are not identified on your transcript, please circle them on your transcript and give it to your counselor. Check the Graduation Requirements box in the bottom left corner of your transcript. Review the courses still required for graduation (courses in which you are currently enrolled are still listed in the needed column.) When you pass those courses in May, they will be transferred to the completed column. The courses that remain are the ones that you will need to register for on your registration form. If there is an error, don’t panic- it can be fixed. Bring it to your counselor during open office hours

Student Request Form & Schedule Changes
It is essential that all students seriously consider course selections during the registration process because there may be limited opportunities to make changes in the future. Folsom High School classes are yearlong. Schedule Change Process 1. If a parent or student believes that there is a compelling need to change a class/schedule, the student or parent should contact the counselor during the published schedule change window (before the first day of school). 2. The counselor will review the schedule change request and pass it on to administration. 3. Administration will determine final class placement. 4. Folsom High does not honor requests for specific teachers or lunches. District Policy: A student who drops a course after the first two weeks of the semester shall receive an F grade on his/her permanent record. (cf Student Records)
25
Schedule Distribution
Students will be able to access their schedule through PowerSchool the week before school starts and/or pick up a copy of their schedule at the Dog Walk. If there is an error with your schedule, you must inform your counselor by submitting a schedule change form so the error can be corrected. All schedule changes will be completed the week before school starts. Courses will be selected for the ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR and in most cases, schedule changes are not permitted after school starts.
