My name is Kayse Daniel and I am so excited and privileged to be teaching your children this year in 4th grade. This is my fourth year teaching at Roosevelt School, but I have been teaching since grading from Monmouth University in 2009. 8:45 to 8: HOMEROOM 8:55 to 10: MATH 10:15 to 10:55 GYM (Thurs.&Fri.) At 10:55, students have Recess and Lunch. *SNACK is in the afternoon*

The afternoon contains a mixture of Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, Health, Spanish and Specials.

*Book Drop is every other Monday for 10 minutes*

DISMISSAL Students are dismissed at 3:00 out of Door 9 unless they attend an afterschool program. All changes in dismissal must be written in a note and sent into school that day. Extra Help is offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays after school. Any students staying for Extra Help will also need to bring in a note.

Students are accountable for their work. Homework Folders and Agendas *Please sign agendas nightly* (LEFT at home, RIGHT back to school) Whenever there is any paperwork for the Main Office, please refer to our class as “4D”. Homework is also listed on my website. It is updated weekly.

Book-It runs from October to May
Book-It runs from October to May. Students are encouraged to enjoy reading with a reward each month. Scholastic Reading Club provides our class with an opportunity to earn free books for our classroom library
