“What should I do when a battery is not charging?” If a SPH battery fails, it is likely due to not being charged on a regular basis If you find a battery that isn’t charging: Place the battery in the charger for a minimum of 2 hours After 2 hours, if the battery does not charge: Contact the Safety Office to request a replacement battery Provide the type of equipment that needs a replacement battery Ex. Sara 3000, Sara Plus, Maxi Move, Maxi Lite, Golvo, Tenor Contact Marcial Aguinaldo at (415) to dispose of the failed battery
