General: What do you find difficult, interesting, worrying and why? What do you spend most of your time doing? What excites you about the job you are applying for? What do you expect to achieve in the role? Communications and Inter-Personal Skills: Examples of where you have successfully overcome situations either internally or with clients that you think are relevant to the role you are applying for. Motivation: How you have achieved personal goals – ideally work related or those that can provide relevance. How you have achieved goals in your career to date – certifications, standards, etc. Initiative: Examples of where you have gone over and above expectations in order to succeed. Examples of learning from problems ideally in your career or relevant personal examples

Qualifications and certifications that are relevant For some roles we will do a “hands on” technical assessment – it is not a pass/fail scenario but is to confirm what you know, your aptitude for picking this up, what additional training we may wish to put you through etc

9 Managed Services Is this for you?
The Managed Services team offer a suite of services that fit together with other parts of the Group to provide customers with ‘defence in depth’ and is based in Manchester. While other parts of the company hold source code or provide security consultancy services, the role of a technical account manager is to deliver a constant monitoring of client networks, websites and data with regular scans of their external or internal infrastructure. Is this for you? If you have one or more or the following skills or experience this could be the role for you: Solutions Architecture SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) Networking experience Vulnerability scanning tools (such as Nessus, Nexpose, HP Webinspect) Other testing tools such as (Nmap, Burpsuite, Metaspolit) Scripting or application development

10 Development Team: Is this for you?
Located in either Leatherhead or Manchester. The projects can really vary, from website performance to developing tools and internal systems. Is this for you? If you have one or more or the following skills this could be the role for you: Coding (Java/JavaScript/C++) Object-orientated programming SQL Linux

11 Software Testing Is this for you?
The roles are based in Scotland and Manchester. Is this for you? If you have one or more or the following skills this could be the role for you: A background in IT An analytical mind High attention to detail, and an ability to spot mistakes in your work A pro-active and focused attitude
