9. Managed Services Is this for you?
The Managed Services team offer a suite of services that fit together with other parts of the Group to provide customers with ‘defence in depth’ and is based in Manchester.
While other parts of the company hold source code or provide security consultancy services, the role of a technical account manager is to deliver a constant monitoring of client networks, websites and data with regular scans of their external or internal infrastructure.
