ELM Pre-req Satisfaction of Entry Level Math requirement
ELM test score Proficiency in SAT, ACT, or AP Quantitative reasoning course = work-around that is not always reliable Must show proof by next class of ELM requirement (no exceptions) or you will be dropped (or not added) 11/15/2018

Quantitative Skills Test
Will be given in lab net week 20–25 questions On Bb platform Closed book No calculator Score < 70% “red flagged” (high risk) 11/15/2018

Areas to be Tested Sums (addition), differences (subtraction), products (multiplication), and ratios (division) Order of operations Fractions, decimals, percents, ratios, proportions Significant digits, scientific notation, & rounding Equations and checking of solutions Negative numbers Word problems Basic properties of logs and exponents Note: no trig or geometry 11/15/2018

Stat Prereq. HS 67 preferred Other GE stat courses OK
