From top to bottom, muscle groups include the hip flexors (Fl), extensors (Ext), and abductors (Abd); the knee extensors; and the ankle plantarflexors (Pfl). The bars show average values with SD lines. Only the hip muscle groups showed significant differences between stronger and weaker score.
