Using YouTube in school is very inexpensive. Most schools already have internet either way.

4. Google+ Hangouts
Google+ created “Hangouts” which allows people all over the world see each other face to face using the internet.
This is a free application that enables students to work together on projects or homework assignments without actually being next to each other.

5. Web-Site Literacies Teachers now post most information online
Ex: D2L, Professor Web Site
Students must know how to obtain this information
Must know how to access and download information off their required websites

6. Search-Engine Literacies
Search Engines give ability to broaden research beyond nearest library
Can access scholarly articles at click of button
