5. AP Registration process- ONLINE!
First page- student information (Legal Name, , Student ID number)
be accurate with your information.

6. IB student taking AP exams VS. AP ONLY student
Ib student- select the first option.
AP student- must select the second option

7. IB/ AP Testing Conflicts
* Note that an ib and ap exam can be administered the same day.
Therefore, If you are…
1) IB student only taking an IB test, select the first option.
2) IB student not taking this iB exam, but taking the AP exam for this date and time, select option two.
3) ib student taking both exams, Select option three.
4) Student taking neither exam should select the last option.

8. Other Possible Conflicts
1) World Language Conflict
If an AP student is taking both exams on that date and time, you must take the world language exam and take the late exam for the other AP test.

9. Other possible Conflicts
2) Two AP tests on the same date and time; students will choose which test they will take on the original testing date and will take the second test at a later date.

10. Important Note!
“Late exams” are only offered when there is a conflict with another test.

11. “Payment Week”- March 5th-9th
$94.00 per exam
Location: In front of Library
Must have student ID present
Checks and Money Orders only!
Checks made to: Walnut High School
Cash Not accepted

12. AP Exam Fee reductions
Applies to students currently enrolled in free and reduced Program.
Must show proof to receive fee reductions.

13. Recommendations Post important dates in a visible space
1) Money collection dates (March 5th-9th)
2) Your test date(s)- including make-up date(s)
Bring your ID card for payment and on the day of the test.
