RSA two-factor VPN Other “named” VPNs (including Central Administration, Chan SPH, HDS, FAS, GSAS, GSD, GSE, Harvard College, HLS, Radcliffe and Paulson SEAS), “Gencom” VPN 6,000-10,000 users By September 20 Phase 2: All remaining faculty, staff and students using Key for web applications 39,000-43,000 users 100,000 users By 2/1/2017 By 11/16/2016

4 Phases VPN tunnel cutovers:
8/1: approximately 80 RSA VPN tunnels (approximately 800 users) 9/20: approximately 170 “named” VPN tunnels (approximately 5,000? users, including many Schools) 9/20: “Gencom” VPN tunnel (approximately 5,000 users/last 90 days) ASAP: School-based VPN tunnels HarvardKey cutover: 11/16: all HarvardKey web sign-on applications (100,000 additional users) Users will be “opted in” in waves leading up to this date Starting with CADM on 9/29

6 Communications All Harvard (108,000 users) Schools
7/26 from CISO: Claimed Key (65,000) [see attachment] Not claimed Key (43,000) August/September from President Schools Can follow up on the above “countdowns” for those schools partnering with HUIT Please make sure we confirm, via , the date for your school and whether you want to partner or work independently on communications
