Other Issues Most large firms have proactive safety programs for prior reasons. Most large private sector Owners will force laggard Contractors to have a proactive safety program. Person with “deepest pockets” will be sued by plaintiff attorneys on a contingency basis forcing everyone to be concerned.

Mainly concerned with keeping Workers Compensation Insurance claims to a minimum. Texas is NOT a Safe State in which to work in construction or manufacturing.
