ACTIVITY Think of all the activities that you do throughout the week. For each activity, determine whether it is a MUST do (BIG ROCK), a SHOULD do (LITTLE ROCK, or a WANT to do (SAND). List each activity in the appropriate column.

DAILY SCHEDULE Using your chart, plan a day that makes the best use of your time based on your priorities. Be sure to label each activity a “big rock”, “little rock”, or “sand”. Fill in your big rocks. Fill in your little rocks. Fill in your sand. **REFLECTION: Were you able to plan everything you wanted to do? Why or why not?
