2. PP/SD/PRA/IS-Oil – KEY PROCESS CHANGES
A new concept of Sales order for all kinds of sale like Crude oil, Natural Gas , LPG and services etc. shall be done through the system ie by creation of sales order, delivery, and invoicing.
Respective Dept. shall create SO through the system.
Based on Sales Order & Delivery, Finance Dept. shall raise the Invoice.
Product price will populate automatically to the Sales order.
Parameters like material temperature, test density, BSW, etc would have to be maintained in the system for Quantity Conversions

3. PP/SD/PRA/IS-Oil – KEY PROCESS CHANGES
The production process of crude oil, Gas , condensate, formation water will be captured in the system through Logistics process.
Two material codes will be used for production of Condensate from Gas wells & LPG. Spiking of condensate at OCS or CTF and conversion from condensate to Crude Oil will be captured through the system.
Two material codes will be used for production of crude oil, ie ZCRUDE & CRUDE OIL. Both are valuated. CRUDE OIL will be the dry quantity on which royalty will be paid.
Water will be drained in 3 points ie at installations, at CTF and at customer points. No royalty payment on water produced. Pipeline Losses will be posted as Water Drain.

4. PP/SD/PRA/IS-Oil – KEY PROCESS CHANGES
The quantity of natural gas flared will be captured in the system and will be valuated .
Common logic will be used for production and disposal of natural gas in all installations. (For OCS-1 to OCS-8, flared volume was derived from production & disposal volume and for rest of the installations flared volumes are the actual measured volume).
The annual target for LPG will be captured in the system on which MRP run for production and availability of raw material & finished product will be done once in a month. This will be used to create Process Orders to capture the Production activities. Master Recipes, MRP Controllers, Planned Orders and Process Orders are new concepts in OIL.

5. PP/SD/PRA/IS-Oil – KEY PROCESS CHANGES
Quality Control and testing of semi finished & saleable finished products shall be done and recorded in the SAP system.
In PRA module, volume allocation to be made on produced (dry) Crude, Natural gas, formation water, condensate, fresh water injected to the reservoir.
Different Delivery networks are created for each and allocation will be made daily & once in a month. The daily production statement for each installation will be an output of daily allocation.
