5. New Treasury Single Account - What does it do?
Daily Cash Requests
4. In order to finalize cash transfers, to determine ceiling by gathering budget/cash reserve data are not needed due to sweeping.
The finalized cash transfers are approved through the NTSA System and this automatically becomes a transfer order from NTSA to the relevant institution accounts.
3. Daily cash requests are required by instutions till and late entry is not allowed.
2. Monthly cash programming can be done on a daily basis with programming module.
1. Institutions enter monthly cash inflow and collection forecasts for two following months on a daily basis.

5. Transfer orders are done via HMBS and HİBS.
Accounting transactions are done via HMBS records transfer to Integrated Public Financial Management Information System (BKMYBS) via web services.

4. In addition to PEPS which is being used for general instutions cash opeations New Treasury Single Account System is going to use for the instutions appended to the scope. To determine ceiling for the payments gathering budget from PEPS and cash reserve from Public Treasurship Information System are not needed because of sweeping to Treasury Accounts at the end of each day. On the other hand budget and cash reserve data belong to institutions would be gathered from MoF via web services for cross check.
