4. You have many ways to search in NGBL
The search box on the right will allow you to search for any name, address, number, or even any description of business.
The filter options above each column. These search options will allow you to search for a more specific item.

5. Changing your grid display
You can also change you search layout within the grid. By clicking the on the name of the column your display will changed to fit that order, either latest to newest or vice versa. In this sample we are looking at the Class type.

8. The top portion of the screen will display the business information: name, address, local and state numbers, FEIN, , etc.

10. Owner Grid, License Grid, Additional License Grid, and Notes
You can add Licenses and choose your license type by clicking Add New beside Licenses
You can add Notes by clicking on the (+) Plus sign beside Add New Record
You can add New Owners by clicking Add New beside Owner/Contact Information.

11. Multiple owners can be added by clicking Save & Add Another
Multiple owners can be added by clicking Save & Add Another. There is no limit to the number of owners. Also, owner’s SSN can be full view, partial view, or completely blocked.

17. You can run for a range of business types and/or classes for a particular period. You can select businesses to send notices by checking the boxes to the left of the Business Number. You can review the notices when clicking printer button before selecting the printer.
