The Handbook on Chemicals has been produced to facilitate the identification of scheduled chemicals, included under the categories listed in the Annex on Chemicals of the CWC.

Available on the OPCW website since 29 May 2009 :
Aimed at facilitating the identification of scheduled chemicals by National Authorities, Customs Authorities and the Chemical Industry
Contains same information of the Handbook on Chemicals plus all scheduled chemicals that had been assigned Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) Registry Numbers as at 13 January 2009
Although the database contains information on over 29,000 scheduled chemicals, it does not contain all possible scheduled chemicals 12
