Place temperature probe in beaker. Have someone hold it by the top so it won’t tip over. Wait for the signal from your teacher!
Have one person ready to drop in liver pieces and another person press the green button to start collecting data. Do not push any buttons while the unit is collecting data!

7. Click on the small table icon in the top toolbar
Click on the small table icon in the top toolbar. Make a table like this one and record the data on the chart.

8. Write down your data in the chart..
