Right – navigate to Weebly and sign in: Remember your log in name is your school address Password: Tretherras1 Once the name of your site is in front of you, click on edit site and navigate to your Long Term Effects page – we’re going to be working on this page today.

Long Term Adaptations As with last week – you need to navigate to the “Long Term” page you built on your website. First off on the Long Term page – introduce what you’re talking about – so explain what we mean by “Long Term Adaptations to Exercise” - Regular exercise results in adaptations to the circulatory, respiratory and muscular systems in order to help them perform better under additional stress. For example – this could be in the musculoskeletal system or the cardiorespiratory system and could be things like… See if you can find some photos to illustrate the points you talk about in relation to the LONG TERM ADAPTATIONS REMEMBER TO CLICK PUBLISH
