When choosing fish fillet, look out for a piece that is small and clean.

Cut the fish into desired size for pan frying.

first marinate the fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice for up to 5 minutes.

Dip into the flour on both sides and shake off excess flour before cooking on a hot pan

The pan should be hot to brown the fish evenly while cooking the inside.
