2 When choosing fish fillet, look out for a piece that is small and clean.

3 Cut the fish into desired size for pan frying.

4 first marinate the fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice for up to 5 minutes.

5 Dip into the flour on both sides and shake off excess flour before cooking on a hot pan

6 The pan should be hot to brown the fish evenly while cooking the inside.

7 Turn the piece when the fish is half way cooked and browned evenly.

8 Pan Fried Fish with Tartare Sauce Serve with rice with some simple salad or vegetables of your choice
