Site One: Lucy Date: 3.5 million years ago
Evidence of Evolution/Human Development: 3 1/2 feet tall, similar to primates, walked upright, brain twice the size of chimpanzee but less than one third the size of a modern human

Lucy: Australopithicus Afarensis
had apelike proportions to face and braincase, long, strong arms for climbing trees, small canine teeth and a body that stood and walk upright on arched feet

Site 2: Paleolithic or Old Stone Age
Brain scraped out of skull, pulled brains out, series of bowls, each bowl contained human tissue

Site 3: Shallow Grave 100 000 and 30 000 BC
piles of flint under skull of skeleton, grave strewn with ornaments and weapons, and some petrified food body oriented in same direction red ochre and tied by rope

Site 4: Stone Tools Jacques Boucher de Crevecoeur de Perthes discovered the tools that appeared to be irregular rocks made around 40,000 to 15,000 BC. This era of history is sometimes called Mesolithic or Middle Stone Age. It has only been in the last one hundred years, since their discovery by archeologists, that these markings have begun to deteriorate.
