7. Am I eligible?
The guidelines for eligibility are very broad and allow us to offer this program to the many that need it.
You must be spending more than $50 per month on your prescription medications.
You must have a household income of less than $60,000 per year or less than $30,000 per individual income.
These programs are ANY age eligible.
Not based on medical history.
Works with insurance, prescription insurance, and Medicare.
You keep the coverage you already have!
